Wollte mich vorstellen, bin ich hier richtig?

Hallo zusammen,
ich bin schon etwas älter, mit ersten grauen Haaren. :rolleyes:

Komme vom GK IPSC und wollte mich mal über Möglichkeiten zum "Heimtraining" schlau machen.
Wenn es passt vielleicht auch mehr.
