Magpull XTM Railpanels wieder entfernen

Hallo,
wüsste gerne wie man die Railpanels wieder vom Rail abbekommt? Weil beim draufmachen sind die ja ineinandergehakt, nur wie bekomm ich die jetzt wieder ab?
Bevor ichs mit Gewalt mach dacht ich ich frag lieber mal.
