Boardrules

This forum is a service from the 6millimeter.info team to the airsoft community.
Therefore all instructions of the team must be followed at any time.
The forum itself is strictly politically neutral and political discussions are therefore not tolerated. Threads containing explicitly politics or political discussions alike are going to be closed without prior announcement.

By registering, every user approves of the board rules and accepts that his data (e.g. posts) is saved non-accessible for the public, even after signing out, being deleted or banned from the forum.

Think before you post! Many questions/problems can be resolved in advance by searching on your own. Use tools like google or the board search.

The font colour red is reserved for the board administration only.
Nickname/Signature
1. The nickname can be chosen at will.

a) Politically or otherwise questionable nicknames are not allowed.
b) Nicknames based on 1337/leetspeak are not allowed as well. Senior users (with accounts before 01/11/2010) are not affected.

2. Multiple accounts are unwanted and will be deleted without any notice.

3. Signatures should be simple and short and must not exceed three text lines. Non-animated pictures are generally allowed (vice versa: animated pictures are not), if they do not exceed the height of 60 px.
Politically or otherwise questionable statements are, as said before, forbidden.

4. Only natural persons are allowed to register to the 6millimeter.info forum. Legal persons, such as shops or teams, cannot absolutely guarantee the safety of the login data and the transparency of the posts for other users. Therefore a registration is only allowed with a previous arrangement with the board’s administration. The account itself must not be used by various persons simultaneously.

5. Bans always apply to the owner of the account and not only to the specific account name. In other words, a ban is a so-called “house/board ban” for the natural person behind the nickname.
In the case of a re-registration and therefore consciously counteracting against the ban, we reserve the right to file legal action.

Spam

1. Pointless posts, not contributing a grain of sand to the discussion, are unwelcome. Repeatedly conspicuous users are going to receive a warning/ …

2. In addition, discussions/tips involving the modification or renaturation of the semi-only AEGs/GBBRs available in Germany are not allowed. Topics and any other subtle hints are going to be deleted and, if necessary, prosecuted by the team.

3. Especially concerning the law sub-section (but indeed any other legally relevant questions as well): No legal advice is allowed! All posts must be clearly marked as experience reports.

Pictures

1. Embedded Pictures may not exceed the size of 800x600 pxs and 500 KBs. High resolution pictures should be posted as thumbnails or links and only if absolutely necessary.

2. Posting racist, pornographic, misanthropic or other morally questionable pictures is forbidden. In addition to that, we reserve the right to ban pictures, once or entirely, from specific events, activities or teams. (EXAMPLE? ask in Board )

3. The team fundamentally assumes that every shown item complies with the respective laws in the respective countries. An obvious violation leads to the immediate deletion of the pictures and, if necessary, a warning.

4. If posting in one of the „Newest Acquisitions” picture threads, it is obligatory to add a comprehensive description of the item displayed. Abuses are going to be deleted and, if necessary, prosecuted.

Marketplace / Sales Area

The rules regarding the “Markplatz” of 6millimeter.info can be found in the respective sections of the forum.

The observance of all the rules is indeed obligatory for all users.

Marktplatz

Wir, das 6millimeter.info Team, stellen den Mitgliedern des Forums einen Marktplatz zur Verfügung. Die Nutzung des Marktplatzes ist kostenfrei, es fallen keinerlei Nutzungsgebühren an.
Die Nutzung des Marktplatzes erfolgt auf eigene Verantwortung, das 6millimeter.info Team stellt lediglich die Plattform zur Verfügung und haftet nicht für deren Inhalte.

Die folgenden Regeln dienen primär der Förderung des allgemeinen Ablaufs und haben keinerlei rechtsberatende/feststellende Funktion.
Dem Verkäufer obliegt es sicherzustellen dass die von Ihm angebotene Ware
den jeweils gültigen rechtlichen Bestimmungen entspricht und der Käufer zum Kauf der Ware berechtigt ist (Altersnachweis).


Regeln

1. Themenerstellung


1.1 Generell ist es jedem User gestattet pro Kategorie des Marktplatzes maximal drei Verkaufstopics zu unterhalten.


1.2 Die Überschrift eines Verkaufstopic ist so zu wählen, dass der Inhalt des Verkaufstopics möglichst klar ersichtlich ist. Überschriften wie z.B. „Verkaufe meine Waffe“, „XYs Resterampe“ oder „Super Angebot“ sind unerwünscht. Ausnahmen stellen Verkäufe von hinreichend vielen Artikeln dar, insofern zumindest ein grober Hinweis gegeben ist, z.B. „Ausverkauf US Gear“ oder„Sammlungsauflösung BW und NVA“.


1.3 Für alle zu verkaufenden Gegenstände ist ein Bild mit den zu verkaufenden Gegenständen sowie einem Zettel o.ä. auf dem der Username sowie das aktuelle Datum klar und deutlich zu erkennen ist als Besitznachweis einzustellen.


1.4 Bei dem Verkauf von Gegenständen, welche dem deutschen Waffengesetz unterliegen oder aufgrund ihrer Beschaffenheit diesem unterliegen könnten hat der Verkäufer entsprechende, wahrheitsgemäße, Angaben zu dem jeweiligen Gegenstand zu machen (z.B. (S)AEG, 0,5er, deaktivierter Laser, usw.). Im Falle einer freien Waffe ist ein Bild des „F im Fünfeck" inkl. Importeur- und Kaliberangaben, abgesehen von Ausnahmefällen, beizufügen (Ausnahmen sind mit dem Forenteam abzuklären).


1.5 Federschnellwechselsysteme: Alle Waffe, die eine Bewegungsenergie von 0,5J unterschreiten und ein Federschnellwechselsystem haben, müssen einen Nachweis erbringen, dass dieses dauerhaft unbrauchbar ist.

1.6 Nichtmaterielle Güter wie beispielsweise Downloadcodes sind vom Verkauf auf sechsmillimeter.info ausgeschlossen.


1.7 Alle benötigten Bildnachweise (siehe 1.3/1.4) haben bei Erstellung des Topics vorzuliegen. Topics mit fehlenden Bildnachweisen werden kommentarlos gelöscht.


2. Beiträge, Kicken und Pushen, Laufzeit


2.1 Unnötige Beiträge in Verkaufstopics sind zu unterlassen, insbesondere Beiträge wie z.B. „Hand drauf“ „hast PN“ etc. (diese Posts werden zukünftig kommentarlos gelöscht). Ausnahmen stellen moderative Beiträge seitens des Forenteams und so genannte „Kick“ oder „Push“ Beiträge des Threaderstellers dar.

Antworten auf Fragen im Thread haben innerhalb von 48 Stunden zu erfolgen, ansonsten sind Edit- und PN-Funktion zu nutzen.

Ist der Artikel verkauft ist der Threadtitel per Editierfunktion zu bearbeiten („Verkauft“) und die Forenleitung im Marktplatzsäuberungsthread zu informieren.


2.2 Das Kicken bzw. Pushen von Verkaufs-/ Gesuchstopics ist alle 14 Tage nach dem letzten Beitrag zugelassen. Es ist nicht relevant von wem der letzte Beitrag verfasst wurde. Es dürfen höchstens drei Topics pro User und Tag "gekickt" / "gepusht" und "erstellt" werden. Unter dem Begriff "pushen" bzw "kicken" versteht man jeden Beitrag, der das Topic wieder auf die erste Seite bringt (z.B. Preisänderungen; Hinweise, dass ein Artikel verkauft oder hinzugefügt wurde; usw.).


2.3 8 Wochen (56 Tage) nach dem letzten Beitrag wird das Verkaufs-/Gesuchstopic vom 6mm.info Team gelöscht. Unabhängig davon, ob der Artikel verkauft wurde bzw. der gesuchte Artikel gefunden wurde.



3. Trusted Trader


3.1 Trusted Trader sind User, welche sich einen Namen als besonders zuverlässige und vertrauenswürdige Handelspartner gemacht haben, sowie alle Mitglieder des Forenteams. Die Ernennungen zum Trusted Trader erfolgen nicht auf Anfrage o.ä. sondern aufgrund positiver Handelserfahrungen innerhalb der Trusted Trader Gruppe. Anfragen auf Ernennung zum Trusted Trader sind zu unterlassen.


3.2 Trusted Trader genießen ein besonderes Vertrauen weshalb bei ihnen keinerlei Besitz oder Legalitätsnachweis von Seiten der Forenleitung gefordert wird.


3.3 Innerhalb des geschlossenen Trusted Trader Bereiches ist ein so genannter Schnellhandel möglich. Details finden sich im Trusted Trader Bereich.
