Einstufung von Teilen einer Softair-Waffe vom 08.04.2011

Hallo,

als ich mir eben noch mal den Feststellungsbescheid für Fire Cap Waffen beim BKA anschauen wollte, ist mir noch ein anderer aufgefallen. Der ist meiner Meinung nach sehr wichtig, falls hier jemand unter 18 Jahre denkt, er könne sich Gearboxen ("Luftpumpen") in Hong Kong einfach so bestellen.

Wieso unter 18 Jahre? Danach darfst du das Teil als wesentlichen Teil einer Softairwaffe ohne Verbrinungserlaubnis gar nicht einführen! Nur mal so eingeworfen; sei froh, daß der Bescheid nicht sooo bekannt ist!
