Ich hab zwar gerade keinen AR15 Outerbarrel hier, aber die Stifte halten das Frontsight doch, indem sie in einer Art Kerbe im Outerbarrel sitzen, oder?
Diese könntest du doch auch noch nachträglich reinmachen.
