Ich werd gerade bissl hingehalten.
Letzten Mittwoch bestellt, am Montag mal freundlich nachgefragt und als Antwort kam, das das Paket bei DPD liegen geblieben ist.
Es würde aber sofort weiter gehen. Laut Tracking von DPD hat weapon762 am Montag erst die Auftragsdaten übermittelt, sprich den Paketschein erstellt :ah:

Nun ist eine Woche rum und es hat sich immer noch nichts bewegt :schimpf:

Ich habe schon drei mal was bestellt, einmal musste ich retournieren, weil der Artikel nicht gepasst hat.

Retoure ging schnell (Erstattung nach Übermittlung der DHL Trackingnummer), Lieferung schnell, Kundenservice schnell, freundlich und direkt...

Habe nichts auszusetzen und bin sehr zufrieden. Besser als die meisten etablierten hier...

Bei mir das gleiche wie bei normenhoot. Zunächst wurde mir auf Nachfrage Mittwoch dieser Woche genannt. Nach weiterer Nachfrage Ende dieser Woche oder Anfang nächster. Tracking ist seit Montag dieser Woche immer noch auf Paketschein übermittelt. Ich habe es zwar nicht eilig, allerdings sollte dann auch eine next day delivery nicht so angepriesen werden, wenn man next week delivery schon nicht hinbekommt. :biggrin:

Sowas soll vorkommen. Wenn das Paket seit Montag "digital übermittelt" wurde und jetzt seit Dienstag unterwegs ist, also die erste Bearbeitung seitens DHL, dann kann das schon sein. Wir habens auch schon erlebt, dass die ganze Ladung vom Paketservice erst 3 Tage später bearbeitet wurde, weil irgendein Vollpfosten die Container zur Seite gestellt hat oder die einfach nicht hinterher gekommen sind. Und wenn man sich wundert, warum z.B. zu 15 Uhr die Bearbeitung seitens Transportunternehmen angezeigt wird und am Abend die Daten digital übermittelt werden, dann liegt das daran das Unternehmen das meist einmal am Tag gesammelt machen und nicht pro Paket. Einfach ab und an auch ein bisschen Vertrauen und Geduld haben. Ist ja nicht so als ob Ihr ein Organ bestellt was für ein Operation benötigt wird...oder?

Am 3.2 ne Email mit Versandverzögerung wegen der Feuerwehr Inspektion erhalten.

Weil die immer noch eine Inspektion im Gange haben, senden sie den Kram jetzt per DHL Express aus China, aber natürlich ist noch zusätzlich was "out of stock" :trink:
