Wenn die lizensiert ist, dürfte man doch selbst in Deutschland keine Markenrechtliche Probleme bekommen.
Das Video sagt ja schon alles aus, es ist was für Sammler, ich mag zum Beispiel auch gerne goldene Waffen (auch wenn ich nie eine kaufen werde).

Mit den Lizenzen ist immer so ein Ding..was in Taiwan eine Colt-Lizenz hat, hat sie bei uns noch lange nicht. Für den europäischen Raum hält Cybergun die für Spielzeug/freie Waffen inne.
Ist aber eigentlich nur bei der gewerblichen Einfuhr interessant, privat darfst du im engen Rahmen auch Plagiate einführen.

jetzt weiss ich auch, warum die Waffe so teuer ist.
Weil sie so "passgenau" ist, dass sie mit dem Winkelschleifer nachgearbeitet werden muss-> Höherer Zeitaufwand-> Mehr Personalkosten :super:
